Jiayi He will join our Fall Neighborhood Concerts this year.
About the Artist:
An acclaimed harmonica virtuoso, Jiayi He is a winner of prestigious awards in America, Europe, and the Far East. Mr He performs concerts around the globe receiving numerous awards for competitions in England, Germany, Israel, Japan and United States. He has appeared on NBC, New 12 in Long Island, Queens Public Television and Sino Television in the United States. His book for students is called Recital Pieces for Chromatic Harmonica. Jiayi is known for his performance at Shea Stadium as pre-game show for New York Mets. Mr. Jiayi He currently serves on the faculty of the Turtle Bay Music School in New York City.
